No sadly I did not have the pleasure of attending, my invitation must have been lost in the mail, never the less I will run though a couple of my favourite outfits and the theme of the Met Gala 2017.
Okay first of all: theme. The Met Gala always has a theme some more obvious than others, last year the theme was Fashion in the Age of Technology and you could see this theme running through all of the outfits without fail. The Met Galas theme for 2017 was comme des garçons. It comes from a french term of “like boys” and is a Japanese fashion label by Rei Kawakubo, she currently has a show at the met of the Art of the Inbetween.

Now the moment you’ve all been waiting for, the noteworthy looks.
Featured are Rhianna, Anna Wintour, Cara Delevingne , Kendall Jenner, Emma Roberts, Pharrell Williams and wife Helen Lasichanh, and Dakota Johnston and Kylie Jenner.
Trend to follow: trains.
Spotted on Zendaya, Priyanka Chopra, Solange Knowles, Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, Nikki Minaj, Blake Lively, Madonna and Katy Perry.
Crazy outfits such as sleeping bags, painted on hair and feathers are what to expect from the met gala and I lived for it.
